Cast iron pan supports are included for use with the auxiliary burner to prevent tiny pans from tipping over and messing up your cooktop. Independent cooking zone timers allow you to set it and forget it when slow cooking. The cooktop is factory set for natural gas but is compatible with LPG using the included LPG conversion kit.
