We understand that returning an item can often be a frustrating and daunting task. At Platinum Deals we strive to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, receive a damaged/faulty item on arrival, or, if any mechanical problems arise within 12 Months, we will happily offer a repair, replacement or refund on goods where:
• Goods do not cope with reasonable use and break within their 12 months warranty.
• Goods have a major fault which could not be identified at the time of sale.
• Goods have been damaged during transit.
All items purchased online and in-store are covered by 12 Months Warranty. Warranty periods may extend beyond 12 months for certain items and is visible on the product details page. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Defective, damaged during transit or incorrect Item received
If an item is returned within the warranty period that is mechanically defective, is not the item you ordered or was damaged during transit, a replacement or refunded will be provided.
If an item is returned within 30 days due to a sudden change of mind, or simply by finding a cheaper price elsewhere, a restocking fee of 20% will only apply if the product box/packaging seal has been removed and the box has been opened.
